School & Sports Physicals It is time to schedule your child's school and sports physicals.  School requirements for vaccines have now changed and we will update your child's immunizaitions at this visit.  Please call the office to schedule soon. Yearly Checkups We recommend yearly checkups for all children.  If your child has not had a checkup, please call the office to schedule one soon. Payment Requirements All payments are due at the time of service; this includes copays, coinsurance, and deductibles. FLU SHOTS We have flu shots available.  We strongly recommend flu shots to all of our patients above 6 months of age.  They are available between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Fridays and 9:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturdays.  You do not need an appointment, we welcome walk-ins for flu shots only.                                                    .
